A real queen-size, innerspring mattress adorns the master berth while a huge amount of hanging lockers and shelving provide storage. The combination shower and bathtub lie behind the custom shower door. There is also a desk - computer station. One of the most striking attributes boaters first notice about this 26DC is her classic styling, a throwback to the days when only the very wealthy could afford the enjoyment of boating. Her classic New England look is one that has become a status symbol all around the world, born from the old days of wooden sport boats like Chris-Craft, Hackercraft, and Riva. Unlike the old days, she is a technically advanced boat, leveraging the latest in materials, technology, CAD (computer aided design), and generational handmade craftsmanship. The result is a boat that delivers the ideal balance of comfort, style, practicality, usable space, exceptional ride, and durability. Miss Columbus is truly in a class of her own.
The large swim platform provides easy access to the tender or other water toys, and perfect for just swimming, diving or just lounging. It's easy to get back aboard via the built-in boarding ladder. There is also a hot/cold cockpit shower to rinse off . Chaparral has always built good boats and the 350 is certainly no exception. Constructed on a beamy modified-V hull, the cherry wood interior of this Signature is one of the most luxurious to be found in a boat her size. In a departure from the norm, a pocket door separates the forward berth from the salon - a privacy feature of genuine value to most cruisers. The galley is also well designed with plenty of counter space, and the aft cabin is spacious with a dinette and a privacy door. The 350's elevated helm platform is unique, with its U-shaped settee and double-wide helm seat.

The Hans Christian 36 is a heavy, double-ended, cutter-rigged cruising yacht designed specifically for ocean sailing. Like others of its kind, she's often described as a traditional North Sea double-ender with pleasing lines that draw admiring glances. The hull is solid (and thick) hand-laid fiberglass. The solid bulwarks allow the lifeline stanchions to be mounted vertically for better strength than those through-bolted to the deck.
This yacht has benefited from several recent upgrades in the last two years such as 600 W solar panel (2019); electric head (2019); refrigeration (upgraded 2019); Dickinson diesel fireplace (new 2019); AIS wifi (new 2020); Rocna anchor w/300 chain (new 2020); propane grill (new 2019); hot water heater (new 2018); 4 stage battery charger (new 2019); Vizio TV (new 2019).
The bottom paint, cutlass bearing, and prop shaft are 1 ½ years old. New transmission.Perkins 4-108 diesel has had all standard maintenance including oil and transmission fluids, belts, and impeller. The engine runs great with no smoke and starts immediately when cold.
All systems work perfectly.

Nice size Head and shower along with plenty of storage. Full Electronics and Dual bow and stern Thrusters makes handling a gem.

37 which earned a spot on the American Sailboat Hall of Fame for its seaworthiness and build
quality. The diminutive 31 foot design encapsulates the same concepts of comfort and safety but
packs it into a much smaller package. The Pacific Seacraft 31 differs from the larger boats in the
range in that it makes a departure from the traditional double ender styling in favor of a near
vertical transom which opens up more space in the aft sections. On deck is a relatively large cabin
truck with lots of portlights.
